The 2021 Blanc de Blancs offers everything you’d expect from a sparkling Chardonnay. Extra time spent ageing on the lees accentuates the brioche characteristic, a perfect compliment to the citric flavour of the grape. This is our best Sparkling to lie down, and will continue to develop complexity with age.
