Our Pinot Noir grapes were fermented in containters in our winery over a week to produce this fresh, beaujoulais style red wine. Maceration with the Pinot Noir skins incorporates flavour and tannin into the juice, increasing it's body and length. Our red is perfect for any time of the year and can be enjoyed slightly chilled. Red fruit characteristics are paired nicely with a touch of black pepper.
