Of German origin, Bacchus has become arguably England's flagship varietal for still wines, with an aromatic varietal not dissimilar to Sauvignon Blanc. Our Bacchus is gently pressed and fermented at a cool temperature to preserve the delicate elderflower and gooseberry aromas. We ensure minimum contact with oxygen to create this crisp, well-balanced wine.
